Estos libros relacionan la historia de gran parte de los apellidos de familias establecidas en Cuba

a partir de su descubrimiento. De cada familia desarrolla, en lo posible, su rbol geneal gico

hasta fines del siglo XX. Este tomo presenta al final un ndice alfab tico de familias

comprendidas en los tomos I al VIII y el ndice del tomo IX.

These books tell the history of a large part of the surnames of families that established

themselves in Cuba from its discovery in 1492 on. For each family the author develops, as far as

possible, a genealogical tree until the end of the 20th century. Volume IX contains an

alphabetical index of the families depicted in volumes I through VIII as well as an index for

volume IX.
