Seven Days' Journey is a personal narrative detailing various experiences that I encountered as I ventured to an unknown destination in Southern Africa. The tedious journey by bus and train lasted seven days in total. Lessons learned and experiences gained not only impacted my personal life aptly, but have consistently impacted many lives of friends and relatives in Africa and the USA. Though you cannot ignore an element of humor embedded in the narration, you definitely learn a lot in terms of towns, cities, and countries located along the route that I took from Kenya to Botswana. People who are on the brink of taking a subsequent move in life and are uncertain of their endeavor would reap from reading Seven Days' Journey to Botswana. It is a captivating, moving, and an interesting piece that not only stirs up emotions but exposes the reader to realities of lives that some people face in order to bring about a total transformation of their economic challenges. On the spiritual aspect of it, faith becomes real when you act on it. It is a religious conviction as well that a mighty blessing is pronounced to those who go out and those who come in. Abraham in the Bible sojourned in the land and was never the same again in his life. My personal venture to South Africa has surely turned my life around to a prosperous path indeed.
