Hester Mundis is the author or coauthor of twenty-six books, including the bestselling Earl Mindell’s Vitamin Bible. A New York publishing veteran and stand-up comedienne, Hester Mundis is the former head writer for The Joan Rivers Show and a four-time Emmy nominee for Outstanding Achievement in Writing.
