About the Author
Kristyn Parker-Meyer is the author of BROTHER OF MINE, a book dedicated to her two children and the love they have through the unique way that they became siblings. She is the owner of Adopt Culture, an organization that helps families navigate the adoption process and to find ways to help retain the birth culture of the child. Kristyn also works for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation in Battle Creek, Michigan, working with the core approaches - Leadership, Community Engagement and Racial Equity. Kristyn graduated from Western Michigan University with her Bachelors in Social Work and received her Masters Degree in International Relations from St. Mary's University. She lives in Portage, Michigan with her family and golden retriever.
