You may read this book daily as a meditation guide, reflecting on a new message each day {in which case, it will take you a full year toread this book). You may read this book as a standard book (best read before bedtime). You may also keep and consult this book as a Divination Guide. Write a question on a piece of paper and place it below the book, think upon the question and then open the book at random, beginning, middle or end of book; thrust your finger into the book and read the message it lands upon (read both messages if it lands between them).
