The Essential Sangharakshita was first published by Wisdom Publications in 2009. Sangharakshita (1925-2018) was the founder of the Triratna Buddhist Community, a worldwide movement. He had a lifetime of teaching and writing, and continues to be Triratna's principal teacher and guide.
